I'm young in the craft beer world.  Always drank 'em but never knew too much about until May '12.  Since then I've been immersing in the brewing process, collecting bottles to age and enjoying tasty craft beers all around the nation.  You can follow me on twitter @tx_beer_man or on untappd under the same user ID.

My favorite local (Houston) breweries are Saint Arnold and Karbach. My favorite Texas breweries outside of Houston are Jester King and Rahr Bros. My favorite breweries across the nation are Stone, Dogfish, Alaskan, Lagunitas, Sam Adams, Clown Shoes, Schmaltz, Oskar Blues, BP, Squatters, Great Divide, Boulevard, & Rogue Ales. International? So many.
